Scheduled Monument Consent – Class 1 Consent
When owning or working on a site with a ‘Scheduled Monument’ Historic England state “you are strongly advised to seek our advice and/or ask your own professional or legal adviser.” -Historic England if you are going to disturb the soil, planting or are going to introduce new drainage of planting.
